· analyze requirements of the jobs to be filled,source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internaldatabases.
· review resumes, conduct interviews againstdefined criteria and record the outcome.
· source passive candidates through networking,cold calling, complex internet searches and social media.
· coordinate all phases of interviews and joiningprocess.
· maintain candidate recruitment call sheets,resume database and performance reports.
· establish and manage vendor relationships.
· provide a high level of customer service andquality throughout the recruiting process.
required qualifications/skills/traits
· good oral and written english communication skills.
· working knowledge of ms office.
· competency in internet tools (browsing,searching, chatting, social media).
· demonstrates high levels of energy, confidenceand commitment.
· demonstrates attitude to learn and grow.
· minimum qualification - any bachelor’s degree.
· willingness to work in night shifts for usaclients.
