PAYMENT SCHEDULE. 
 Booking amount is 10% plus financial papers to process the bank loan , if opted for bank loan. U get the conditional allotment letter on paying the booking amount. 
 Signing of agreement or beginning of Contruction of the villa - 10%. 
 Banks start paying as per work progress and if opted for direct payments, the next 20% has to be paid on completion of foundation. 
 Completion of Ground floor roof concrete - 20%. 
 Completion of first floor roof concrete - 20%. 
 Flooring of the full villa - 15%. 
 On handing over the villa - 5%.
